Under 18s 1 Corinthian 2 – FAYC

Tonight the young Rams welcomed NW Kent rivals Corinthian to Southwood for this final qualifying round tie of the ultimate youth tournament. The game was a week later than scheduled, owing to the need for a replay of the Corinthian v Erith Town fixture.

The scores were level at half-time with both sides converting a penalty in the 24th (Corinthian) and 25th (Rasgate) minutes. After the break Corinthian re-took the lead in just under 40 seconds, and the score remained the unchanged until the final whistle (more later).
