With the Kent Youth League Under 18s’ County cup match postponed, only 4 of the KYL teams were in action with the Under 16s and U14s winning, and the U15s and U13s coming 2nd.. In the East Kent Youth League all 5 teams were in action and there were 3 wins, a draw and a loss.

The Under 18s’ County Cup quarter-final against Sevenoaks Town was postponed owing to a waterlogged pitch and will now be played at Southwood on 8th January.
The Under 16s’ visit to Aylesford saw them progress to the next round of the County Cup after a 6-2 victory – 5 goals for Kane Rowland and 1 for Mason Webb.
The Under 15s lost against a Blair side that did not do much to win this game and a draw would have been a fair result. But a stunning winning strike from the Blair forward sealed this match with 5 minutes remaining. To be fair Ramsgate did not ever get into 2nd gear in this game and ultimately thought they had rescued a point when Leon Regis equalised midway through the 2nd half, but this was not the case as the home side took the points with a great strike. Mark & Jason would like to wish all the players and parents a Happy Christmas & New Year.
The Under 14s were at home to Maidstone United and won 2-0 (details awaited).
The Under 13s were away to Canterbury Youth and returned without any points after a ‘bad day at the office’ when the young Rams didn’t really turn up.

The Under 18s played Ramsgate Youth and, despite trailing to the club’s former youth section at half-time, a 2nd half revival the real Rams took all the points after goals from Jack Gunn and James Olver saw them win 2-1.
The Under 16s also played Ramsgate Youth, and they won too after a single game from Niall Turner.
The Under 14s welcomed Hythe Stars & Stripes to Pfizer where, after trailing 2-1 at the interval, they rallied in the 2nd half to share the points with a 4-4 draw. The Rams’ goalscorers were Ross Griffin, Billy Ingram and a brace from Matt Bondzi. Joint Men of the Match were Billy Batchelor and Matt Bondzi.
The Under 13s visited Thanet Colts and with a close match all level 2-2 at the interval, the young Rams applied themselves even more in the 2nd period to win 4-2. Goals came from Philipos Stamatiou (2), Tom Perriam and Haydon Croxton, with Haydon Croxton also taking Player of the Match.
The Under 12s were away to Kennington and returned without any points after a 1-0 loss.
