In 2004/05 former manager Jim Ward returned and the Club achieved the first of two consecutive championships, winning the Kent League Premier Division and Isthmian League First Division.
In 2005/06 they again reached the 1st round proper of the FA Cup, the only Step 4 club to do so that season and equalling the Club’s record from 50 years earlier, and in 2006/07 were playing in the Isthmian League Premier Division. The Club had a very good first season in the Premier Division, and in the following year won the League Cup and finished in 5th place to reach the play-offs, although they were beaten 2-1 in the semi-final.
The 3rd season in the Premier Division did not go so well, with the Club moving back down to the Isthmian First Division in 2009/10.
As well as playing in the Ryman League and Isthmian League Cup, the Club competes in the FA Cup and FA Trophy, and also the Kent Senior Cup.
