Here are brief details of the many ways you can help support RAMSGATE FOOTBALL CLUB via its wide range of sponsorship packages. Playing at a higher level in the Ryman Premier Division will result in greater interest in the Club and even higher attendances at matches than before, providing you with an ideal opportunity to get your name seen by a larger audience. There are a limited number of opportunities to be a Main Club Sponsor for items that are a little bit more involved than those set out in this brochure. GROUND ADVERTISING

Southwood Stadium offers numerous prime advertising sites – around the pitch, on the stand, terraces and fences, or inside the clubhouse itself.

Prices (for the first year):

8′ x 3′ = £300 (renewals £150/year)

16′ x 3′= £500 (renewals £250/yeay)

Board prices for subsequent years can be at a discount if paid for annually in advance – please ask Paul for details. Signwriting (incl business logos etc) will be completed by the Club to your artwork. And for 2010/2011 we are offering a 2 for 1 deal where, for each main advertising board provided, a smaller Bonus Board will be placed in the Sponsors’ Row adjacent to the parking area.

Boards are a great way to raise the profile of your business locally.

PLAYER SHIRT SPONSORSHIP

This form of sponsorship is gaining in popularity, and combines the fun of sponsoring your favourite Ramsgate player along with gaining valuable publicity for your company (or the envy of your friends!!)

Sponsorship of an individual player can be yours for either Home or Away – prices are £75 for the shirt, £40 for the shorts, and £10 for the socks per season.

As well as:

• Your name in each 1st team home matchday programme;
• A mention on the Club’s website

Could make a rather nice gift for that avid fan.

MATCHDAY MASCOT

Do you know a youngster who would enjoy leading the Rams out on to the pitch? If so, our Mascot Package may be of interest to you.

The package includes the following:

• Admission to the match for one child (mascot) and an accompanying adult;
• Your details in the Matchday Programme;
• Warming up on the pitch with the 1st team squad;
• Leading the teams onto the pitch and a photo opportunity with both team captains and referee.

The Club can also arrange Football Birthday Parties (not usually on matchdays).

Price: £50

A real treat for a youngster!

MATCH SPONSOR

By sponsoring a match you can treat your friends, family or business partners to an afternoon or evening of sport to remember.

The package, for up to four people, includes the following:

• Admission to the stadium + reserved parking space(s)
• Complimentary Matchday Programmes
• Your name/business mentioned in the programme
• A mention in public address announcements
• Refreshments for your party in the Sponsors’ Lounge (smart dress required)
• Reserved seats in the Directors’ area of the main stand

Prices from £200 per match.

MATCH BALL SPONSORSHIP

Matchball sponsorship provides an opportunity for a smaller party to enjoy an afternoon or evening of sport to remember.

The package, for up to two people, includes the following:

* Admission to the stadium + reserved parking space;
* Complimentary Matchday Programmes;
* Your name/business mentioned in the programme;  and
* A mention in public address announcements.

Prices £60 per League match & £90 per cup match

Packages are also available for Reserves, Ladies and Youth matches

MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

Advertising in the Matchday Programme provides a well-proven means of promoting your business for a relatively minimal outlay. The Club produces a programme for all 1st team home matches, which is distributed free of charge to all players, visiting officials, match officials and sponsors in attendance, and sold to home and visiting supporters at Southwood (as well as at other grounds by arrangement).

With 21 home league games, league & County Cup, FA Cup & Trophy matches, as well as pre and mid-season friendlies, there will be plenty of fixtures for home programmes (in 2005/06 we produced programmes for 35 home 1st team matches).

The programme is produced in A5 size, and advertisements are usually quarter, half or full page. Advertising rates from Martin Power on 01304-643377.

Programmes are also produced on an ad-hoc basis for Reserve, Ladies’ and Youth teams’ home Cup matches – ideal for that occasional promotion.

WEBSITE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

The official Ramsgate FC website (www.ramsgate-fc.co.uk) has proved a great success, attracting regular visitors and this facility offers a progressive image to a geographically unlimited number of potential clients and customers.

Prices vary on the size and nature of the advertisement as well as its location in the website. A typical advert on the home page will start from £150per annum, and as part of the package we will include two tickets to a home league fixture of your choice.
