Nick Davis: Two Points Dropped Against Three Bridges
Nick Davis insists it was two points dropped on Saturday as Ramsgate were held to a 1-1 draw against Three Bridges.
"I'm obviously massively disappointed and frustrated with the result," Nick said.
We've taken a 1-0 lead, and should've been three or four nil up,"
"Everytime you don't put a game to bed, they're gonna have an opportunity, and that's exactly what happened unfortunately,"
"Three Bridges have some top quality players in that side on paper, I knew this game would be tough."
The Rams boss also believes his side were unlucky not to be awarded a penalty on the weekend.
Kane Rowland had two strong appeals turned down in each half.
"You should've seen Kane's ankle for the first one, the defender has simply gone straight through him,"
"How it's not a penalty I'll never know."
"As for the second one, the linesman had a clear view of the incident so again, I've no idea how it hasn't been given."
Despite the result, the debut of Mikey Dalton was a positive on Saturday.
"I'm glad we've brought Mikey in, he did well when he came on (against Three Bridges)", Nick said.
"He's somebody who can break the lines with a pass, so that was my thinking behind it. He's a positive addition to an already strong side."
